Allotta, Anthony, DO

Anthony Allotta, DO, joined Parrish Medical Group in 2008. He is board certified in family practice from the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and holds a Certification of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine, which is the focus of his practice.

With a multispecialty approach to medical care, Dr. Allotta offers patients a non-surgical, hands-on method to musculoskeletal injuries. Treating multiple types of musculoskeletal injuries, Dr. Allotta uses his own experience as an athlete who suffered many injuries as the foundation for his care methodology. Dr. Allotta combines personal understanding with his training in osteopathic manipulative treatment and formal sports medicine training to develop a comprehensive diagnosis and non-surgical treatment approach for musculoskeletal injuries and well being.

From sports related injuries to osteoarthritic conditions, treatments can include osteopathic manipulative treatment, fracture care, injection therapy, bracing, and physical therapy. Dr. Allotta treats conditions of the cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and foot — all with a non-surgical approach.

During football season you can find Dr. Allotta on the sideline as the team physician for Space Coast High School in Port St. John. He also covers many other athletic events in the area.
